专利摘要:
Purging apparatus for removing air from a fluid conduit is shown in the form of a burner nozzle which automatically purges air from the nozzle elements to thereby limit post-drip of liquid fuel from the nozzle. The nozzle is designed with a partitioning element within the nozzle adjacent the burner tip having at least one passage of limited cross-section which, in response to flow of liquid fuel therethrough, disperses or atomizes air bubbles which may be entrapped within the nozzle assembly. Several embodiments are illustrated and described in which a restricted passage in the partition is positioned adjacent the top of the interior chamber of the nozzle holder to pick up air bubbles and eject them through the nozzle tip.

(54) SPRAYER
, one; The invention relates to fuel atomisation devices and can be used in heat and power plants. Closest to the proposed technical essence and the achieved result is a nozzle containing a cylindrical body equipped with an inlet channel and a spraying head, divided into predisc 1 and rear chamber by a transverse disk forming inclined through slots with the upper part of the body axis of the rear chamber with the formation of an annular gap rod, tightly fastened by the front end, with the disk Dl. The disadvantage of this design lies in the low atomization efficiency. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of spraying. The goal is achieved by the fact that the nozzle is equipped with a filter installed in the pre-nozzle chamber with a close connection to the spray head and the formation of an annular gap from the wall of the said chamber, on the surface of which a screw thread is made. In addition, the grooves and threading screws are tilted to one side, the disk is made of elastic material and, in the free state, has an outer diameter larger than the diameter k, amer; the nozzle is equipped with pins installed radically in the upper part of the annular gap of the pre-Socket Xsmer, a sector shell attached to the peripheral ends of the pins, the rear section of the rod is located with the formation of an annular gap in the inlet flange of the housing; rod stocked on. the front end of the broadened head, and between the ends of the filter and the disk, a slot is formed in which the said rod head is located; the core is made of an elastic material, and its rear section has a wave-like. Figure 1 shows the nozzle, a longitudinal section; -figure 2 - performance nozzle with pins, longitudinal section; on fig.Z - section aa in figure 2; on fn.4 - performance nozzle with a rod, the rear end of which has
wavy shape, longitudinal section.
The nozzle contains a cylindrical body 1 with coaxial inlet kang: scrap 2 and sprayed head 3. Case 1 is divided by a transverse disk 4 into a pre-nozzle chamber 5 and a rear chamber b. The disc 4 forms, with the upper portion of the housing 1, inclined through (grooves 7). In the nozzle along the axis of the rear chamber 6, the rod 8 is formed with an annular gap, tightly fastened by the front end 9 with the disc 4. tight connection to the spray head 3 and the formation of an annular gap 11 with the walls of the chamber 5, on the surface of which screw cutting 12 is made. In the upper part of the annular gap 11 of the pre-nozzle chamber 5 can be installed radial pins 13 and zak The sector shell 15 is mounted on the peripheral ends of the pins 13. The rear section 15 of the rod 8 may be located to form an annular gap 16 in the feed channel 2, and the rod 8 may have an extended head 17 located in the front section 18 located in the slot 18 formed between the filter 10 and disk 4. The rod 8 can be made of elastic material, and its back section 15 can have a wave-like shape.
The nozzle works as follows.
When starting up liquid fuel through inlet channel 2, the air in it collects in the upper portion of the rear chamber 6 in the region of the slots 7. The fuel, when passing through the slots 7, traps air bubbles and passes into the pre-nozzle chamber 5, from where through the filter 1 to the spray head 3. Since the pre-nozzle chamber 5 is equipped with a screw thread 12, air bubbles can settle in it. To remove this air, the grooves 4 and screw thread 12 are tilted to one side. The installation of the pins 13 as well as the sector shell 14 contributes to the fragmentation of air bubbles in the fuel. For the same purpose: the rod 8 is made of elastic material, and its rear section 15 has a wave-like shape. Due to the dispersion of air contained in the fuel, it is rapidly removed from the fuel line and the nozzle body 1.
which increases the efficiency of atomization of the fuel.
